HOW YOUR ROLE MAKES A DIFFERENCE As a Key Account Manager at 21st Century Equipment LLC, you start your day by managing relationships and strategies for key customer accounts. Highly experienced, you easily identify and communicate customer account pressures, plans, and problems. You then collaborate with internal teams and third-party advisors to develop tailored solutions. Regular account review meetings keep you informed, and you ensure all relevant customer account information is updated in our CRM system. You stay current on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and financing options to provide valuable solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits. Your excellent customer service skills ensure your interactions with dealership personnel and customers ensure all needs are met, and you work towards meeting sales objectives and influencing trade cycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agricultural industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as technology trends/advancements
  • Excellent customer service/relationship skills with current and future decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or a discipline related to agriculture or equivalent work experience
  • Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends
  • The ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • The ability to work flexible hours
