The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a strategic account leader responsible for maximizing growth within Site Impact’s most important and high-potential accounts. Working within a vertical-focused pod the KAM is introduced once an account is closed and immediately takes ownership of its strategic development. This role is focused on deep client engagement, retention, and expansion of revenue opportunities across Site Impact’s product suite.
