About The Position

Amann Girrbach North America is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dedicated team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction. This role will be crucial in driving growth and achieving sales targets by effectively aligning with our business objectives.

Requirements

  • Track record of achieving sales goals on an annual basis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets on an annual basis
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Execute key initiatives of the commercial strategy and drive results for assigned geography
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to ensure growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer-specific initiatives and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to effectively communicate the value of Amann Girrbach products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position Amann Girrbach in the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maintain profitable relationships with key accounts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, forecasts, and opportunities to management.
  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
