About The Position

As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering high-quality, cost-effective facilities management services that align with our customer’s business strategy. You will drive operational excellence, inspire your team, and ensure compliance with ISS standards while fostering strong client relationships. What You’ll Achieve: Build, grow, and sustain the account with an entrepreneurial mindset Anticipate and exceed client expectations by delivering proactive, innovative solutions Identify and resolve potential challenges before they impact long-term success Adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Collaboration & Influence: Lead weekly management team meetings, setting clear agendas and utilizing online collaboration tools Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, promoting the ISS culture Build strong relationships with local vendors, department leaders, and clients Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of general management experience in Facilities Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and exceptional service experiences
  • Strong coaching skills and commitment to workplace safety
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, enhance user experiences, and drive creativity
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Deliver facilities services that meet or exceed all core program expectations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in compliance with corporate, client, and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and forecasts
  • Establish clear communication channels for feedback and implement operational improvements
  • Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes
  • Coach and appraise employees to drive performance
  • Review budgets, financials, and unit performance with leadership
  • Lead safety as a top priority for employees, customers, and clients
