Sika is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team, in our various U.S. markets. Key Account Managers at Sika will play a key role in driving profitable sales growth by promoting and selling Sika technologies. Experience within the electronics industry or knowledge of adhesives and sealants is required. Demonstrated experience or familiarity with Chinese cultural norms, traditions, and business etiquette At Sika, the Key Account Manager will achieve assigned sales target, maintain a “Sales Force” customer database in addition to: Leading technical solution development Executing strategic Initiatives aligned with business goals Identifying new business opportunities Incorporating core competencies including problem solving, consultative selling etc. Utilize Process Analysis to learn customer needs and to identify opportunities Prepare and present formal and informal presentations and seminars supporting the customer’s requirements
