About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.

Requirements

University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out-of-home, retail, or industrial channels
Proven success in international account management
Strong analytical and structured approach with solid business acumen
High level of reliability, integrity, and personal engagement
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Team player with a collaborative and constructive working style
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
Strong commercial drive and a "hunter" mindset

Responsibilities

Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland
Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers
Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with international teams
Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins
