Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with linear motion products or technical solutions
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale OEM relationships, particularly within oil and gas, defense, or process equipment sectors
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, adept at handling complex agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to key accounts, aligning with company objectives
  • Coordinate and oversee all business development activities to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key customers, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships
  • Lead negotiations of sales agreements, terms, and conditions to secure favorable outcomes
  • Take end-to-end accountability for P&L, initiating measures to secure order intake and drive profitability
  • Manage a high-value territory with complex OEM accounts characterized by intricate contractual obligations and long sales cycles
  • Collaborate closely with customers in the oil and gas industry while also supporting defense and process equipment sectors
  • Travel as required (40-60%) to maintain and expand customer engagements
  • The territory and location will be defined based on the candidate’s background and preferences, offering flexibility
