This includes team management, customer communication, discovering of opportunities, trial planning, and trial execution. Lead and manage account representatives, support engineers, & technicians. Manage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results. Maintain and build business/customer relationships. Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the customer. JOB COMPLEXITY Independently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments. Researches assignments, processes, and analyzes data and may develop recommendations. Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data. Will provide leadership and direction for the account. May need to determine methods, operations, sequences; develops and/or modifies products and equipment to requirements.
