At Sunbit, we help orthodontic practices serve more patients every day by making the financing experience simpler, faster, and more accessible. As a Key Account Manager, Ortho, you will own a defined book of orthodontic accounts and act as the strategic driver behind their growth and long-term success. This is not a cold-calling or hunting role. It is a highly consultative, sales-led account management position with a strong training and enablement focus. You will partner deeply with orthodontic practices, lead ongoing education for office and clinical teams, influence adoption and utilization, and guide practices toward meaningful, measurable outcomes. You will become a trusted expert on each practice’s business, uncover growth opportunities through strong discovery, and leverage data-driven insights to coach teams on best practices and drive performance. You’ll work closely with orthodontists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and internal Sunbit partners to ensure sustained success- helping position Sunbit as the #1 patient financing solution for orthodontic practices across the U.S.
