This position is responsible for compiling and creating data; initiating and delivering research, analysis, and reports that measure the impact of workforce management, retail store operations, labor standards, and staffing initiatives. This includes data collection and validation, summarization of observations, and distribution of sales reporting to deliver insights. The Consultant will analyze, implement, manage and monitor multiple projects including metrics and timelines for the Stores Operations area. Other primary responsibilities may include 1) evaluating the effectiveness of Store Operations, Store Projects, Programs and Initiatives and 2) developing and delivering communication to upper management and stores. Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to recognize erroneous data are critical. This position will consult with senior peers and members of leadership on certain projects. This position will have advanced skills with a high level of proficiency.
