Summary: As a Key Account Manager, this individuals role will be at the forefront of driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with Car Dealers in key markets including Richmond and Roanoke, VA. The customer base includes GM, Mopar, Ford, and import New Car Dealers. This role involves devising strategic plans to maximize value from key accounts, fostering trust-based partnerships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through innovative solutions and proactive problem-solving. By staying informed about industry trends and collaborating closely with internal teams, this candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business success.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of both current and upcoming product offerings.
  • Ensure account financials remain current through proactive collaboration with the credit department.
  • Actively participate in industry gatherings to cultivate networks and fortify relationships.
  • Serve as a conduit between customers and the warranty department, expediting resolution of defective claims.
  • Adhere to Atlantic Tire's policies and procedures outlined in the company handbook diligently.
