About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys sales to join our team in San Francisco/San Francisco Bay area to support national and regional account sales for our iconic wine brands; Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate. Oyster Bay is one of the world's most successful Super Premium wine brands and is rapidly growing in the US already becoming an IMPACT Hot Brand 10 years running. We are strong believers in developing and growing our team members and as a highly engaged team, we have a great team culture on offer. Reporting to the Business Planning Manager and working with the wider team, we will set you up to succeed in this role. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' analyst experience, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, hospitality, or consumer goods industry/FMCG or a similar industry.
  • A confident relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.
  • Ownership of development and improvement, demonstrating awareness of behaviour and adapting based on feedback.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A 4-Year college degree qualification

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to support for national accounts strategy development and idea generation
  • Identify opportunities by leveraging insights from data to create powerful stories and presentations
  • Contribute to the annual planning of national retail and on-premise initiatives
  • Offer input in the forecasting and monthly reporting processes, including analysis on the performance of promotional activities
  • Iterate on existing processes to make our business more efficient
  • Be part of a highly driven global team
  • Build on your knowledge of the industry, channels, market opportunities, success factors and relevant sales and marketing principles and practice
