About the job you're considering Design, configure, and optimize Kepware KEPServerEX channels, devices, and tag structures to support production and enterprise data requirements. Integrate Kepware with PLCs, SCADA/Historians, and cloud or IT platforms to ensure seamless OT–IT connectivity. Implement secure industrial communication using OPC UA, OPC DA, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, and other protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, communication, and performance issues within production environments. Maintain accurate documentation, configuration standards, and backup/versioning practices to support operational reliability. Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Kepware KEPServerEX.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols including Modbus, OPC UA/DA, and EtherNet/IP.
• Experience with PLC communication and OT networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Kepware Developer.
• Epertise installation and maintenance of drivers for PLC connectivity
• Experience of maintenance and security and vulnerability upgrades on Kepware server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Kepware certification (Required)
• Grade Specific Focus on Digital Continuity and Manufacturing.
• Develops competency in own area of expertise.

• Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision.
• Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in configuring/generatingKepware certificates for connectivity with MES applications (Preferred)
