About The Position

an is responsible for the daily care, cleaning, and monitoring of pets staying at our boarding and daycare facility. This role ensures the health, safety, and comfort of all pets while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with dogs or in animal care preferred
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Feed and provide fresh water to dogs according to individual instructions
• Clean and disinfect kennels, play areas, and common spaces
• Monitor dogs for signs of illness, stress, or injury and report concerns to management
• Administer medications as directed (if trained)
• Supervise group or individual play sessions
• Bathe dogs as needed
• Maintain accurate feeding, medication, and behavior records
• Greet customers and assist with check-in and check-out as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
