Kennel Manager
About The Position
Assist DVM's and other hospital staff by providing direct care and maintenance of kennel, hospital and surroundings, feeding and general husbandry of hospitalized or boarding pets Client Relations, Nursing Care, Housekeeping and Maintenance of Hospital. Nursing Care: Compassionate nursing care is the top priority for all patients. Keep Kennels clean, orderly and free of odors. Feed patients as scheduled. Exercise (walk) patients. Ensure the comfort and cleanliness of hospitalized or boarding pets. Bath or clean pets immediately that become soiled with urine, blood or feces. Housekeeping and Maintenance of Hospital: Stock supplies as needed. Keep the exterior of the hospital clean and orderly and free of feces. Janitorial care of the hospital facility. Make certain the entire hospital including treatment, surgery, kennels, and runs are kept extremely clean throughout the day. Maintain your own clothing and appearance throughout the workday.
