Kearney Health & Life Science Associate

KearneyChicago, IL
1d$188,000 - $194,000

About The Position

As an Associate, you will be an integral part of Kearney case teams, working closely with clients and colleagues to develop insights and deliver high-impact results. You will support engagements from start to finish—problem definition through analysis, synthesis, and client communication. You will contribute to client work addressing challenges related to corporate strategy, performance improvement, enterprise transformation, and mergers & acquisitions, with a primary focus on Biopharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Services and additional exposure to Medical Devices, Distribution, Providers, and Private Equity. After nearly 100 years, we know this business is fundamentally about making connections—between facts, figures, insights, strategies, tools, technologies, and above all, people. That’s why we look for collaborative, insightful, and inquisitive problem-solvers who don’t accept the first thing in front of them and who are always unapologetically themselves.
