About The Position

We are looking for a Kaizen Coordinator to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Manufacturing Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week. Role and Responsibilities: · Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies · Facilitate Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and process improvement events on the production floor · Analyze current-state processes, identify waste, and implement sustainable process improvements · Implement and sustain 5S standards through daily audits and competitions · Create and maintain value stream maps to improve material and process flow · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, and engineering · Track and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity · Build and assemble parts as needed to support manufacturing operations · Engage employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Passion for Continuous Improvement
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in commonly used and specialized software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-paced, changing environments
  • 1–2 years of related experience preferred
  • Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, walk, and stand for extended periods of time consecutively
