Cross Country Education is seeking a dynamic Special Education Teacher to join a high-achievement team dedicated to inclusive excellence and inspire K–5 students to reach their full potential through the end of the 2025-2026 school year! Position Overview: Provide core K–5 instruction across diverse settings, from 1:1 life-skills support with paraprofessional assistance to small-group resource rooms. Develop and implement of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with learning, cognitive, or behavioral challenges while meticulously documenting service delivery and progress. Partner daily with the Special Education team and general education teachers to provide a cohesive, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Texas Special Education AND Generalist (K-5) Certifications
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card (FAST)
- Proven strength in K-5 core academic subjects
Responsibilities
