About The Position
Ready for a rewarding opportunity in sunny Jonesboro, GA ? Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our supportive team for the '25–'26 school year! Position Overview: Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, deliver direct speech-language services to K-12 students in individual and group settings within a small charter school environment. Implement targeted speech-language treatment plans, ensuring strict adherence (fidelity) to the methods and goals set by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Monitor and collect data on student performance during therapy sessions; report progress and clinical observations to the supervising SLP to guide ongoing treatment decisions.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.A.S.) or at least 60 semester hours of college credit
- Valid Georgia Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children (K-12) who have a variety of communication disorders (Preferred)
Responsibilities
