K-12 Instructional Coach & Teacher

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience teaching K–12 math and literacy.
• At least 2 years of teacher coaching experience.
• Valid Nevada teaching license.
• Strong belief that all students can learn and succeed.
• Proficiency with online platforms for recordkeeping and communication.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Differentiate Instruction: Assist/provide coaching to teachers in customizing and delivering lessons and use data to meet student needs.
• Engage Students: Foster ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
• Grow Professionally: Embrace training, coaching, and feedback.
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate student and academic records.
• Other duties as assigned
