Position Overview: Collaborate as part of a specialized four-person BCBA team to provide behavioral support across various school sites based on immediate district needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success across all grade levels. Partner with teachers and school staff to provide real-time coaching and expert consultation, ensuring behavioral strategies are seamlessly integrated into the classroom. Monitor student progress through systematic data collection, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote positive academic and social-emotional outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (Required)
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification issued by the State of Florida
