Position Overview: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral functions and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Monitor and analyze student data with graphical representations to drive IEP goal adjustments. Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports and crisis intervention. Partner with multidisciplinary teams district-wide to ensure high-fidelity intervention implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong collaborative skills for working within the K-12 IEP framework
