Under the general supervision of the Justice for Families Program Coordinator, provides supervision and oversight for families utilizing the OVW Justice for Families supervised visitation and safe exchange program in Anderson County. Provides supervision for families who have a history of domestic violence in order to ensure a safe, secure environment for visitation and exchanges to occur. Delivers non-judgmental services with an emphasis on healthy relationships and healing from violence in a safe and supportive environment. Services will be provided at the Oak Ridge site of YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley. This position will require consistent evening and weekend hours.
