Requirements

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Driver’s License : Valid standard driver’s license required.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Customer Service : WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
Sales : Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
Truck Operations : Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
Junk Removal : Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
Marketing : Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales.
Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings.
