Junk Removal Specialist / Route Sales Representative (Truck Team Member – Customer Service / Sales / General Labor) Location: Oahu (Office in Honolulu, HI) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Company: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Compensation & Earning Potential: Up to $25/hour (inclusive of $16/ hr base pay, profit share, and tips) Uncapped earning potential tied to performance Paid training and ongoing coaching What You’ll Be Doing: Start each day at our Honolulu office and complete assigned routes around Oahu Deliver friendly, professional, on-time service to residential and commercial customers Build rapport and lead on-site pricing conversations Safely lift, load, and remove unwanted items (50+ lbs repeatedly) Transport items for recycling, donation, or responsible disposal Work closely with your truck team to create a great customer experience Career Path & Advancement Opportunities: We promote from within — many of our leaders started on the trucks. Requirements

21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs
Reliable, positive, and motivated by performance-based pay

Nice To Haves

This role is a great fit if you have experience in moving, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, driving, customer service, or general labor. But no experience is necessary - we will train you!
Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
