About The Position

You will learn how to become a true Junklugger and that starts with looking, acting and being friendly – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction. SAFELY operate the junk and move truck at all times. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc). Make sure truck has enough supplies, safety equipment and marketing material. At Junkluggers, you will learn a variety of skills that can translate to almost any field you endeavor to peruse. This job exposes you to critical and applicable life and business skills which apply to your future/ongoing careers.
