Location: West Palm Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-Time (4 Weekday & 1 Weekend Shift Expectations) Pay: Up to $24/hr - Uncapped earning potential (including base, profit share, and tips)! Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift more than 50lbs). Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job. Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. Requirements
- Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
- Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: Previous customer service, driving, server, retail and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
