You will: Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates Remove junk safely from homes and businesses Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided) Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance No prior junk removal experience required — we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. Southwind encourages team members to lead with innovation and purpose. Requirements
- Upbeat attitude, dependability, and customer service orientation
- Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
- Must lift up to 50+ lbs. frequently.
- Experience in delivery, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.
- DOT Medical Certification
- Background Check & Drug Test Policy
