About The Position

Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join the team, working directly with Pact Graphite and Voltek Water, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be capable of structuring the path from concept to launch and inspiring others to follow. The candidate will ensure all development activities are clearly documented, with an understanding of the successes and failures. This candidate will maintain visibility into project progress, risks and operational challenges. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, can balance project delivery with technical challenges, and has the analytical skills to document workflows, refine requirements, and support operational needs. Because of our dedication to efficiency and maintaining smooth operations, Pact is highly selective about the people we bring on board—our work depends on it. Therefore, the Junior Technical Project Manager must be agile and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person should be professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work equally as well independently as with a team. We’re seeking ultra-creatives and superstar performers with a sense of humility and a hunger to make a positive impact on the world. Are you ready to #jointhejourney?
