Junior Project Manager
About The Position
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join a collaborative and fast-moving PMO environment. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of project management or project coordination experience who is confident leading meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward. This position will support a varied portfolio of projects, including software, system conversion, and infrastructure-related efforts. While many projects include an IT component, this is not a deeply technical IT Project Manager role. The team is looking for someone who is polished, adaptable, enthusiastic, organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a room.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of project management, project coordination, or related experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence, composure, and presence in meetings
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Flexible approach across Waterfall and Agile environments
- Collaborative, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Exposure to IT-related projects
- Interest in pursuing PMP certification
