About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Technical Integration Specialist to join Meera.ai’s Client Success team. In this role, you’ll support customers in integrating Meera with their existing systems-CRMs, automation tools, and internal APIs. This is a hands-on, client-facing technical role where you’ll work closely with senior team members to implement integrations, troubleshoot issues, and streamline onboarding. You’ll gradually take ownership of integrations while learning how to design scalable automation workflows. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with APIs, and simplifying complex concepts for customers, this role is a strong launchpad for a career in integration engineering or solutions architecture.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support, integrations, automation, or a related role
  • Expert hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and testing tools such as Postman
  • Familiarity with at least one low-code or iPaaS platform ( Prismatic, Zapier, Workato, Make, or similar )
  • Basic proficiency in SOAP, GraphQL and JavaScript (Node.js preferred) or a similar language
  • Experience with at least one CRM ( HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. )
  • Understanding of API authentication concepts ( API keys, OAuth2 basics )
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL) or backend frameworks (e.g., Laravel/PHP)
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira
  • Exposure to SaaS or startup environments
  • Familiarity with call center platforms such as Five9, RingCentral, and/or Amazon Connect

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows using tools like Prismatic and Zapier
  • Support CRM & customer data integrations with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Amazon Web Services, and Shopify
  • Build and maintain API-based integrations and reusable templates using Node.js, web service technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and standard authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, API key, etc)
  • Participate in client onboarding calls and assist with the technical setup process
  • Work with client tech teams to explain basic API workflows, webhooks, and integration logic
  • Gather technical requirements and assist in mapping data flows between systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues using tools like Postman, browser dev tools, and MySQL database logs
  • Document workflows, integration steps, and common use cases for internal and client use
  • Collaborate with senior integration specialists, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve integrations
