This role will be based in office in Orlando, FL with occasional travel (15%) to other business locations in Central Florida. This is the “key, core” talent acquisition role and tightly aligns to one of our largest Market Areas. The Specialist will work closely with the Senior Specialist to continuously execute strategies and tactics to autonomously drive attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of a world class workforce in the skilled trades, specifically technicians and management in Central Florida. This professional will also work with trade leaders to develop their ability to select/retain great people. Finally, the recruiting specialist will work with local operators to increase brand awareness as an “Employer of Choice” in the market through marketing and community involvement, opening new talent pools.
