We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment and outsourcing operations, helping us attract, assess, and onboard talent across multiple regions—primarily within the MENA region and beyond. This is a remote role ideal for someone passionate about people operations, sourcing, and international hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR coordination, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals) and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Based in Lebanon with a stable internet connection and remote work setup.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams and candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous exposure to IT/telecom recruitment or technical roles.
  • Experience working in outsourcing, agency recruitment, or an international HR environment.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations in Lebanon and/or other MENA markets.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about global talent trends and HR tech.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach
  • Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases).
  • Write and publish engaging job descriptions tailored to different markets.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in coordinating assessments, interviews, and feedback collection.
  • Outsourcing Coordination
  • Support the preparation of client-facing talent reports and updates.
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding and contracting for outsourced hires.
  • Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and record-keeping for international hires.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Process Support
  • Participate in improving recruitment workflows, templates, and documentation.
  • Assist in gathering market insights and salary benchmarking data.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and reporting for HR metrics.
