About The Position

Belay Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Intel team and work with developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool. The tool supports M365 web-based applications. You will be documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics. We are looking for a candidate with a technical background and experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering. You should be able to document the tool and its inner workings, including creating standard system engineering and test documentation. Attention to detail is needed to test new software releases and document results. The candidate should be able to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user-reported issues, either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.

Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents

Nice To Haves

Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
Triage user issues
Track and respond to user issues/questions
Establish internal schedules and milestones
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
Provide meeting minutes
Abilit to test new configurations/software releases
Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
