Role Overview: As a Junior System Administrator at Dynamo Software you will join a team of technology experts, collaborate with all teams across the board and be responsible for ensuring uptime of product services, servers, network equipment, eliminating outages and providing resolution to end-user issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT operations and system administration
  • Proficiency with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting of Windows Server and Linux systems
  • Knowledge in Azure/ Entra AD, Microsoft 365 technology stack
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis, repair, and provisioning of corporate laptops and desktops
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and keep the IT area organized
  • Participate in internal IT support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • Provide support to internal users in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provision users in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
