We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure in our Medley office. You will be part of a small team delivering mission critical solutions and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security to our global organization. Important Notice : Eligibility Requirement : Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Strong knowledge and hand on experience on MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Teams and O365
  • Moderate level of technical ability and setup, run, administration, configuration, troubleshooting and monitor experience to cover enterprise end user services.
  • Knowledge of Managed Services, Change Management, User training and Communication
  • AS/BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Ability to create scripts in PowerShell, Python, or other languages
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and patch management

Nice To Haves

  • MS/COMPTIA Certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge and working experience in troubleshooting VoIP and PBX technologies a plus
  • Experience with Web Scale Technology a plus
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and proactively monitor all infrastructure systems
  • Manage MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS Teams and O365 environment
  • Develop new solutions and support all VMWare infrastructure
  • Monitor system resources and backups.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Provide operational support, run, administer and optimize the Workplace services systems.
  • Provide Level I and II Ticketing System Support
  • Provide after-hours, on-call, escalation support as needed
