About The Position

The Junior Operations Support Specialist will support the Las Colinas office in various tasks and responsibilities related to assisting the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma. A college degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with a demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality. Must be able to work extended hours on occasion as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization as well as vendors and guests.
  • Must be able to produce and originate professional correspondence and be able to function and resolve problematic issues with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate should possess proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Position is an in-office job. 5 days a week. Extended hours and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, work on a ladder and maneuver in tight spaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience planning meetings with up to 100 participants is highly desired.
  • A college degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for greeting all visitors and employees to our US based headquarters office in Las Colinas, TX.
  • This position will share the receptionist's duties and will be accountable for the front desk needs. (including but not limited to visitors, badging, parking, new hires, deliveries).
  • Support the event support coordinator in coordination of onsite meeting planning, along with ordering catering and scheduling conference rooms as needed. Prior experience planning meetings with up to 100 participants is highly desired.
  • Position will support facility team members as needed (Including but not limited to mail, shipping, moves and desk assignment, scheduling vendors and vendor coordination / liaison as well as interfacing with the property management.)
  • May support other departments with special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to executive, finance and legal team.
  • Successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and appearance and be able to maintain a positive rapport with employees as well as US and International visitors.
  • Responsible for completing other duties as assigned.
