About The Position
The Jr. Supervisor is a crucial role within our Nationwide Legal Intake Center, responsible for overseeing the productivity and performance of intake agents who manage high volumes of calls related to mass tort lawsuits and other legal cases. This position focuses on leadership, coaching, and ensuring that agents meet sales goals while maintaining quality standards. The Jr. Supervisor will also mentor new agents and contribute to the overall success and growth of the team.
