About The Position

At Orases, we are dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business goals. We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Junior Stack Developer to join our team. Note: Applicants must be U.S. based, able to work on East Coast time, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or work authorization support from the company. Key Responsibilities: As a junior developer, you will work closely with other software developers, business analysts, and project managers to help identify solutions to problems, set clear goals, and apply them to everyday tasks. Responsibilities include estimating tasks, implementing well documented code, code reviews with other developers, and following best practices to ensure high quality results. You will also attend internal meetings to stay aligned with project updates, challenges, and expectations.

Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
0-2 years software development industry experience
Experience with an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language
Version Control (Git)
Relational Database Management
Experience using an IDE to complete development

Nice To Haves

Experience with server side development using PHP (CakePHP or Laravel frameworks are beneficial)
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and Javascript (Vue framework is beneficial)

Benefits

Annualized base salary range is: $60,000 to $90,000.
Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
