Junior Service Advisor-MINI of Bedford
About The Position
MINI of Bedford, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a full-time Junior Service Advisor to join our MINI team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license in good standings and clean driving record
- A positive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Intermediate computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Dealertrack DMS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure a professional service experience from start to finish
- Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend needed maintenance/repairs
- Clearly explain service options and pricing to ensure clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to manage repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Keep clients informed regarding progress, changes, and approvals
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standard before returning the vehicle to the client
- Build lasting relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact for ongoing service needs
