We are seeking a driven Junior Sales Representative to help expand our footprint within the building materials and construction supply market in Duluth, GA and the surrounding Metro Atlanta region. This opportunity is designed for an early-career professional with foundational construction knowledge who is ready to transition into a revenue-focused, relationship-driven sales role. The position centers on building lasting partnerships with contractors and builders across Duluth and nearby communities, supporting project-based opportunities, and contributing to long-term account growth.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of construction practices or prior exposure to the building industry preferred
  • Strong interest in launching a long-term career in construction sales
  • Must reside within the Duluth / Metro Atlanta area
  • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting clients face-to-face
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with contractors, home builders, and construction project stakeholders throughout Duluth and surrounding markets
  • Prospect and uncover new sales opportunities within the local construction industry
  • Provide consultative guidance on building materials and product solutions tailored to project specifications
  • Generate pricing proposals, prepare detailed quotes, and proactively follow up on submitted bids
  • Conduct job site visits to better understand scope, timelines, and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and pipeline activity using organized tracking methods
  • Partner with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
