The Role We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and brings structure, urgency, and consistency to the hiring process. This is not an entry-level role - we’re seeking someone who already understands recruiting operations and can step in quickly to drive both execution and organization across recruiting. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. The Director will focus on strategic, mid-level, and senior hiring, while this role will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned high-volume, entry-level roles and own recruiting operations across the function. You’ll play a critical role in keeping everything moving - from sourcing and screening to scheduling and candidate experience - while also ensuring recruiting operations run smoothly across all roles. You’ll also support the Director with coordination on more complex searches and contribute to improving recruiting processes and infrastructure as we scale. Think of this role as a hybrid between a recruiter and a recruiting operator - someone who can move candidates through the funnel while helping build the systems that keep hiring efficient.
