About The Position

National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for an outstanding Junior Recruiter! Junior Recruiter Job Description: Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Excellent computer and typing skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or below
