We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting operations while developing long-term ownership of University and Early Career hiring. This role is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in structured execution, enjoys working with deeply technical teams and is motivated to learn and grow in a highly specialized environment. This role includes periodic travel to support university outreach, career fairs, and early-career recruiting events aligned with Rigettiâs technical hiring needs. Role Summary This role focuses on reliable execution, operational excellence, and skill development. The recruiter will work under the guidance of senior recruiters and leadership while independently owning defined recruiting activities and workflows, with increasing scope over time. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a growing understanding of Rigettiâs technical domains. In the near term, this role will provide hands-on support for scheduling, ATS management, and recruiting coordination. Over time, the recruiter will assume increased responsibility for University and Early Career recruiting programs, including intern and new-graduate hiring aligned with Rigettiâs long-term talent strategy. As the role develops, there will also be an expectation to build foundational sourcing skills, gradually contributing to candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development across technical roles.
