Solid work experience in purchasing, ideally in a similar industry. Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills. Self-starter with good instinct for negotiation. Challenges awaiting you: Ensure that inventory in stock is sufficient to meet customer needs. Purchase products in accordance with agreements while making the right choice for the business centre, depending on the situation; manage returns to suppliers. Keep supplier and/or product information up to date to ensure data integrity within our systems. Collaborate with the sales team to assess the need for new products or product categories and update the system as necessary. Maintain excellent communications and follow up consistently with suppliers. Participate in preparing the inventory; analyze and correct discrepancies promptly. Manage stock write-downs to minimize their financial impact on the business centre. Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date in order to respond to customer requests.
