About The Position

A Junior Project Manager/Estimator supports the planning, coordination, and financial management of projects while assisting with cost estimation and bid preparation. This role bridges pre-construction and project execution, ensuring accurate pricing, efficient project delivery, and strong communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role handles both administrative and hands-on work while managing construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-5 years of related experience in a similar industry

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration and document control
• Perform material submittals and respond to RFIs during the construction cycle
• Track budgets, change orders, and cost reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support close-out documentation and final reporting
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Assist with preparing cost estimates as well as takeoffs
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving analysis
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
