Junior Project Manager / Data Analyst

The group puts innovation at the heart of its development and intervenes in areas related to the technological changes of large groups, such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Web3, Metaverse, Blockchain or Io We are looking for a junior, highly functional profile to support ongoing reporting and dashboarding activities. This role sits at the intersection of business, reporting, and data analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Power BI. The new consultant will work closely with 2 other consultants, ensuring continuity of service and supporting day‑to-day operational and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Junior Project Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager / Junior Data Analyst
- Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
- Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team
Nice To Haves
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
- Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings
- Support Power BI dashboards and continuous improvements (with Florent)
- Analyze data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
- Understand data meaning, business logic, and KPIs
- Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs
- Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and ad‑hoc analyses
