Role: Junior Analyst – Operations DataLocation: Dublin 15Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 16:30
We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst who is eager to build a career in analytics. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful analytical output, support data reporting, and deliver insights that help drive operational and business decision‑making. Working closely with operational teams, you will analyse large datasets, produce KPI and SLA reports, and support continuous improvement through data‑driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Contract Logistics.
• Proven experience analysing data.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from a variety of sources and systems.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Build reports and dashboards that communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Produce Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate weekly volume forecasts and translate them into headcount requirements.
• Liaise with operational teams to investigate findings or variances highlighted through analysis.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data and analysis requests, gathering feedback to refine outputs.
• Contribute to process improvements through the use of analytical insights.
