As part of the HR Integrations Technology team, you’ll lead projects that bring innovative solutions, including AI‑driven tools, into the hands of employees to improve how they navigate the workplace. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational standards. You will develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will drive cross-functional coordination and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project manager who excels at communication, organization, and building productive relationships. You’ll operate with a moderate level of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, high‑impact team.
