So, what will the Junior Program Analyst at Terrestris do? The Junior Program Analyst supports departmental operations by assisting with account reconciliation, data maintenance, and customer service activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn program operations in a fast-paced environment. What does a typical day look like for the Junior Program Analyst? You will perform the following: Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update various databases, logs, and internal websites. Ensure data accuracy and support routine reporting needs. Track, monitor, audit, and reconcile accounts. Operational Support & Research: Research new procedures, tools, and process improvements that enhance departmental operations. Assist in documenting updated workflows and best practices. Customer Service & Communication: Provide customer service and guidance to lower-level assistants. Prepare responses, correspondence, and information for internal and external stakeholders. Support team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Hours/Schedule: Work will be performed during normal business hours - 7:00 AM through 3:30 PM. Note: Employees may be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
  • Entry-level to early-career experience (typically 0–3 years) in program support, finance, data entry, reconciliation, or administrative operations.
  • High school diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
  • Familiarity with database systems or web-based tracking tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects of comparable size, type, and scope—particularly for office or light manufacturing facilities.
